Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, represented by the Training Department at the General Administration of Human Resources, announced 27,000 training opportunities distributed over 360 training programs for its employees within the framework of achieving the goals of the TVTC strategic plan. The programs are to be implemented during the weeks allocated for the supporting programs period in Shawwal, 1442 AH. This year's training plan focused on several specific specialized skills, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital marketing, renewable energy, and the basic skills associated with the training process. Adopting remote training methods in its training programs for this year ensures that all its employees acquire these skills, whether for the training staff or the administrative and technical staff. This contributes to providing employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently and provide high-quality services to the beneficiaries inside TVTC or outside it.
It is noteworthy that TVTC intends to implement a virtual meeting accompanying the period of supporting programs. In this meeting, several topics will be discussed that will enrich the knowledge aspect regarding the development of the training process procedures and shed light on the variables affecting training and how to deal with them in cooperation with a group of experts in this field.
