Due to the keenness of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation to qualify the trainees and make them more adaptable to work environment, the corporation has decided to start implementing the cooperative training program, the program gives an opportunity for the trainees direct practice in work environment which helps them to adapt quickly to the nature of work after graduation.
The Trainees Relations Department aims to coordinate with employers for the implementation of cooperative training. Therefore, the cooperative training program "field" is an integral part of the scientific and applied qualification requirements for students of the technical colleges in the Kingdom.
The importance of this program appears in providing an opportunity for trainees to develop knowlege and skills they have acquired in the laboratory and classroom through the application, analysis and evaluation in the actual working environment.
The cooperative training in the technical college enhances the trainee to work in one of the related fields to his specialty at government or private sectors before his graduation with the regulations and specific rules.
