Al-Fahaid: The Red Sea Project is another Ambitious Initiative to Maximize Revenues 23/11/1438
Technical and Vocational Training Corporation Governor, Dr. Ahmed bin Fahad Al-Fahaid said that the wisdom and ambition of the wise leadership will make a qualitative leap in the revenues of Saudi Arabia, especially in the field of tourism to invest natural resources in line with Saudi vision 2030, which aims to increase the GDP and provide thousands of job opportunities and training in the field of tourism.
Al-Fahaid said in a statement after the launch of Red Sea project as global tourism destination that this ambitious national project is added to a series of effective initiatives in our country of wise leadership in investing youth capabilities to reach the highest levels and competition among the countries of the world.
The project attracting tourists to historic and natural landmarks in the kingdom with spectacular views of more than 50 natural islands between the cities of Umluj and Al-Wajh, just a few kilometers from one of the kingdom's protected reserves and extinct volcanoes in Harrat Al-Rahat area.
TVTC governor said that technical training will keep up with this project through the expansion of training programs in the tourism sector, where the project will provide thousands of job opportunities for Saudis and reduce the unemployment rates, through training in its colleges and institutes in the field of hotel and tourism, Two colleges for tourism and hotels in Al-Medina and a colleges in Riyadh and Taif, and the Higher Institute in Jazan and Al Baha, in addition to five colleges of tourism and hotels in Mecca and Jeddah and Khamis Mushait and Ahsa and Khobar.
" Several tourism colleges of TVTC are working in partnership with the largest private education and training companies in the world, for training in specialties in the tourism sector, hotels, tourism events management and culinary sciences. The trainee will undergo international practical training in English that meet the labor market needs and provide suitable job opportunities and rewarding salaries" he added.
He concluded with asking Allah to protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and his Crown Prince, to provide them with his guidance to serve this precious country and preserve its security safety.
