The Deputy Governor for Female Technical Training Dr. Munirah bint Sulaiman Al-Alula received here today in her office the Regional Director of Vocational Training at the British Council Ms. Melanie Ralston and her accompanying delegation.

Cooperation between the two sides in effective training for female leaders was discussed during the meeting. The future training plans for female leaders aims at qualifying them to prepare and implement plans for programs in a professional way.

Dr. Al-Alula in her address stressed the continuous assessment for the effect of training adding that expertise should be transferred to other groups which did not join the training process in order to achieve greater advantage for female training employees.

It shall be noted that the training workshop which will be held by the TVTC in cooperation with the British Council, comes within the context of a chain of developmental programs implemented by the female training management to upgrade efficiency of female leadership and empower them to develop and upgrade their performance.
