Technical Support

Because of the great expansion in e-services, a specialized team in technical support (HelpDesk) was trained to provide help to

users; the Team was supplied with a complete system for receiving requests round the clock. Users could follow up their requests automatically and the Team could also measure customer satisfaction through a questionnaire sent by E-mail to users.
