The Portal of Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC)
The Technical & Vocational Training Coporation (TVTC) developed an internet portal to enable it reflects its image and activities to the outside world and gives an opportunity for the Community to interact with it. The Portal program was aimed at managing a portal that could reflect the good image of the Corporation to its visitors from all parts of the world.
Objective:
The Portal was designed to be a portal for information and awareness for the faculty and trainees alike. The content of the portal is a result of the work of several experienced people and administrations of colleges and institutes and their teaching staff. Each college has its separate website in both Arabic and English languages containing all necessary information about the college, its facilities and training activities.
The main TVTC portal is its new face that provides e-government services and is expected to contribute to showing services needed by staff in the technical and vocational training and also provide information about the Corporation and show its vital role in the training process and its contributions in creating local and international partnerships in order to upgrade its services and activate its strategic role in developing training programs for the sons of this country in the easiest way possible.
In order to be able to cope with the requirements of the labor market, the TVTC is quite keen to introduce modern and most up-to-date e-services that are aimed at developing and upgrading the national cadre and supplying them with social and economic information through technical and vocational training needed by the local labor market. E-services provided by the TVTC through its portal, either as integration with other related organizations or through the websites and portal of its affiliate colleges and institutes.
Vision:
The TVTC portal contributes greatly to the provision of all types of services and information regarding technical and vocational training and highlighting it electronically to attain total quality and integration in the provision of services in the field of training.
