Systems Development Section
Objectives: The objective of this Section is to build up, develop and implement systems, needed by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation; these systems could be provided by other parties. Organizational Connection: The Systems Development Section is organizationally connected to the Assistant Director for Application Systems.
Tasks: 1-Study the needs of users in the various TVTC sectors of application systems, analyze them, describe them and prepare a plan to develop them. 2-Design, prepare and improve Data Base Back Ends for these systems. 3-Develop and improve front Ends, look for mistakes, correct them and test the systems. 4-Prepare specifications for system tests and document its information. 5-Conduct tests on systems before implementation by users. 6-Control the quality of developed systems in accordance with approved standards of the TVTC. 7-Document the systems with regard to preparation of design documents, analysis, programs and maintenance and follow up their updates. 8-Perform all types of maintenance on the Application Systems. 9-Coordinate with the Internet Section in all online services. 10-Follow up reports on all Application Systems. 11-Continuous search for the new in technology in order to update and improve work and production environment. 12-Implement and execute all assignments entrusted on him in his specialization.
