The TVTC which is characterized by the proliferation of its colleges all over the Kingdom and also the expansion in programs, plans, stages, training courses, trainers training, and courses. Since this requires constant evaluation to cope with variables.
The evaluation shall be flexible enough to provide for reassurance that training is going on according to plans and heading towards achievement of tasks assigned to it.
