The TVTC has adopted certain procedures and administrative and technical methods to run its affairs. This is done through an organizational structure that defines tasks and shapes responsibilities of departments, sections and branches in order to achieve its policies and strategic objectives.
The Governor of the TVTC runs its affairs in accordance with the policies, objectives and decisions of the Board of Directors of the Corporation. He is assisted by four Deputy Governors, these are:
Deputy Governor for Training (Males)
Deputy Governor for Support Services
Deputy Governor for Planning and development
Deputy Governor for Training (females)
The TVTC is working hard to improve the quality of its training services through the development of the supervisory performance of its Departments and the development of training programs to be in line with the volume of its responsibilities and its multiple programs. And in accordance with the new resolution of the Cabinet No. 268 dated 14/8/1428H to reorganize the Corporation and redefine its tasks and objectives and also based on the general training plan of the TVTC approved by the Cabinet No. 158 dated 12/06/1429 and also the approval of the Cabinet No. 3108M/B dated 04/03/1426H to unify supervision sections of vocational training and the annexation of Girls Training to the TVTC.
The Board of Directors of the TVTC has in its meeting No. 81 dated 19/04/1430H approved the organizational structure. The new structure included the creation of the new post of Deputy Governor for Female Training to give more flexibility to the training of girls and also to give it more independence.
The TVTC exerted great effort to develop the tasks and responsibilities of Regional Training and Vocational Councils in order to decentralize work and achieve the training goals.

- The TVTC also aims at improving the performance of its training units and supervision managements through developing work methods and mechanisms as follows:
1- Converts trainees’ services programs to automated and electronic systems in registration, admission, bursary payment, examinations, evaluation and assessment, and certificate issuance.
2- Creates appropriate training environment which encourages trainers to introduce methods to ensure quality and provide them with the required skills and improve their careers - according to their qualifications-
3- Upgrades and develops the technical and vocational standards of trainers through the introduction of development programs.
4- Provides equipment and training accessories, develops an automatic system to mechanize the administration of equipment, procurement management, warehouse management and stock monitoring and whatever related to these at the training units.
5- Develops the computer system of the organization and training units through the activation of e-government transactions in the departments of the TVTC and its units, and provide services to users via the Corporation website
6- Activates the development programs and technical staff training and the administrative staff in operations supporting training in training units.
